The fraud that actually happens
Payment redirection. A message that appears to come from a known counterparty, asking for funds to go somewhere new, usually with urgency attached. It succeeds because it arrives inside a relationship that is already real.

Structure beats moderation
Payment details that live on a verified account rather than in a message cannot be changed by a message. Most of this category is prevented by where the data lives, not by reading the text.
What review is genuinely for
Patterns rather than words: an account messaging many participants it has no relationship with, or the same text arriving from several accounts at once. Those are visible in the event log and are not visible in any single conversation.
