Question 1

Can GRAJ work on a slow connection or a small data bundle?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Turn on Low data mode under Accessibility (LOW DATA in your menu): pictures and video stop downloading — each shows as a gray tile — so pages load on a 2G signal and a bundle lasts. Every word, price, button and form still works, and the setting follows you to every device you sign in on. If your phone has data saver on, the page suggests it; it never switches itself on.

Question 2

Can my product listings be read in Swahili, Hindi or another language?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in your own words. On LISTING LANGUAGES you choose a product and a language — any language a visitor can choose, Swahili, Hindi, Hausa, Amharic and French among them — and type its name and description, or paste your translator's. A reader in that language sees your words on the product page, marked as your translation, with the original one tap away. GRAJ never machine-translates a listing, and every change is recorded with who made it.

Question 3

Can I use GRAJ in Danish?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Dansk from the language control (the nav, or your account menu on a dashboard) and sign-in, the dashboard shell and every tab in your rail, the page a buyer opens from a payment link, the consumer checkout on a brand's shop (the basket, the review before paying and the confirmation) and the fixed labels of an invoice, purchase order or packing slip you download read in Danish. A page that is not translated yet reads in English — never a blank or a code. Every Danish word was written by hand; nothing is machine-translated.

Question 4

Can I use GRAJ in Swedish?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Svenska from the language control and sign-in, the dashboard shell and your rail's tabs, the pay-your-order page, the consumer checkout (basket, review and confirmation) and the fixed labels of an invoice, purchase order or packing slip read in Swedish. Anything not yet translated reads in English, never as a code. Written by hand, not machine-translated.

Question 5

Can I use GRAJ in Finnish?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Suomi from the language control and the same core journey — sign-in, the dashboard shell and its tabs, the pay-your-order page, the consumer checkout and an invoice's fixed labels — reads in Finnish, with English wherever a page is not translated yet. The sentences above the button that buys — delivery, duration, VAT, seller and the right to cancel — are in the language you read the shop in, and for a delivery to Denmark, Sweden or Finland in that country's language even when you read the shop in English.

Question 6

Can I use GRAJ in Norwegian?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Choose Norsk (bokmål) from the language control and sign-in, the dashboard shell and every tab in your rail, the pay-your-order page, the consumer checkout and the fixed labels of an invoice, purchase order or packing slip read in Bokmål — MVA on the invoice, angrerett at checkout. A browser set to Norwegian picks it by itself. It was written into GRAJ, not machine-translated on the page, and it has not yet been read by a native speaker; anything not translated reads in English, never as a code.

Question 7

What is GRAJ?

Accepted Answer

Brands, sellers, buyers and distributors — and more — on one platform: find each other, make the deal, move the goods, get paid. 95% goes to the people who did the work. Shopify let anyone open a store. Uber let anyone become a driver. GRAJ lets anyone play any part of commerce. Participants keep 95% of every transaction; GRAJ takes 5%. Play your partUnderneath, GRAJ (Get Ready And Jump) is a wholesale-first commerce platform that brings every participant in the supply chain onto one system. Brands list, sellers sell, buyers order, and distributors, manufacturers, merchandisers, marketers, shippers, storers, suppliers and funders all work under the same rules. One platform, one fee, one identity that travels with you.

Question 8

Is GRAJ free to join?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Creating an account and setting up your operation is free — no monthly subscription, no listing fees, no pay-to-play ranking. The only charge is GRAJ's flat 5% fee on completed transactions.

Question 9

Where is GRAJ built, and where can I use it?

Accepted Answer

GRAJ is built in Detroit and built for 195 countries. The same rules and the same 5% apply wherever payments are live. Built everywhere, live country by country: from any country you can join, list, be found, find partners and get everything ready today. Sales to consumers are live in the United States only for now. Wholesale from the US: a business in the UK, the EU, Canada, Switzerland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Iceland, Australia, New Zealand, Japan or Singapore can buy wholesale through GRAJ once GRAJ has confirmed its business tax id and screened its name against the published sanctions lists, and sellers in the US and the UK can be paid out once their tax id is confirmed (with a W-8BEN-E from a seller outside the US). Countries says, from the live records, whether screening is loaded and how many tax ids are confirmed today. Anywhere else, or anything else, a payment is refused before anything is charged, with the reason. Trade across borders on your dashboard shows what a business in your country can do, and Countries shows every country’s status.

Question 10

Can I use GRAJ outside the United States?

Accepted Answer

Yes — join, list, be found and find partners from anywhere, with one account and one identity. Sales to consumers are live in the United States and wholesale from the US is open to businesses in the countries above once their tax id is confirmed, opening country by country; where payments are live, the same 5% fee and the same rules apply. Prices can be shown in the buyer's own currency — GRAJ maps 208 countries to 149 currencies, converted at a live exchange rate, and a price with no rate is shown in dollars rather than guessed. What changes from country to country is the paperwork, not the rules.

Question 11

How is GRAJ different from a marketplace?

Accepted Answer

A marketplace owns the customers, the ranking, and the terms — you rent access. GRAJ is one set of rules with one fee and one identity that any participant builds on top of. There is no pay-to-play placement: search lists people by contribution tier, then by name — earned, never bought — and the rules apply the same to everyone.

Question 12

Can I build my own reports?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On Reports you pick one of your own lists — orders, catalog, inventory, settlements, commissions, payouts, shipments and more — choose the columns, filters and a grouping, and save it. A saved report runs again every time you open it, so it is never the stale spreadsheet you downloaded last week. Download it as CSV or PDF with your own shop name on it, or have it emailed to your sign-in address now. Reports never show anybody else's rows, and nothing is sent on a schedule unless you ask.

Question 13

Can GRAJ notifications ring my phone, and can I choose which?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On your account page press Turn on under Notifications on this device: Android and desktop browsers work straight away, and on iPhone you add GRAJ to your Home Screen first (Apple only lets an installed web app ring — the GRAJ app from the store cannot yet). Apple and Google carry the notification; which devices it is aimed at is decided by GRAJ. For each device you choose what rings — messages, orders, money, everything else — and sign-in and security alerts always ring. Every notification aimed at a device is listed under Recently aimed at this device: sent, held back because you switched that kind off, or retired because Apple or Google said the device no longer exists.

Question 14

What is the weekly recap email?

Accepted Answer

Every Monday your role agent — Marcus for a brand, Camila for a seller, Li for a buyer, and so on — sends you your own week: your orders and their value, new customer accounts, the points you earned and how far you are from your next tier, what is waiting on you (orders to fulfill, unread messages, standing orders due), one tip about the protocol and one next step. Every number comes from your own activity — nothing is estimated, and a quiet week says so honestly. Preview it on Reports → Digest. It is on until you switch it off: one click from any recap, or at Settings → Privacy, where every change is recorded.

Question 15

Can I leave and take my data with me?

Accepted Answer

Yes — your data is yours. On Exports, Download everything gives you one ZIP of everything in your account — profile, products, customers, price lists, orders sold and bought, order lines, settlements, payouts, ledger, invoices, credit notes, shipments, agreements, returns, documents, messages and activity — as JSON and CSV, with a manifest giving each file's row count and SHA-256. There is no notice period and no switching charge: export as often as you like and close your account whenever you choose (the only thing that stops closing is money still owed between you and another participant). The terms are on /switching.

Question 16

Is GRAJ a middleman?

Accepted Answer

No. GRAJ does not buy your goods, resell them, or insert itself between you and your customer. It is a neutral platform — you keep the relationship and the margin, and GRAJ takes a flat 5% of the transactions that go through it.

Question 17

What does "wholesale-first" mean?

Accepted Answer

It means the protocol is built around businesses selling to other businesses — line sheets, MOQs, net terms, and reorders — rather than direct-to-consumer as an afterthought. Wholesale is the foundation, not a bolt-on.

Question 18

What does it cost to start on GRAJ?

Accepted Answer

Nothing to start. Joining GRAJ is free, and so is adding a role — no subscription, no listing fee, no setup fee. Participants keep 95% of every transaction. GRAJ takes 5%, and only when a transaction goes through. To launch a brand you need one product: a name, a price and a photo is enough — Add your first product. A seller starts by picking a brand to sell, and a buyer by finding one product. Anything you choose to pay somebody else for — a carrier, samples you send, a co-packer — is between you and them. Every fee, worked through on a real order: See every fee.

Question 19

How much does GRAJ cost?

Accepted Answer

A flat 5% fee on each completed transaction. That is the whole pricing model — no subscriptions, no per-listing charges, no ad auctions, no tiered "premium" plans. GRAJ's 5% is the only fee. Out of it, GRAJ pays card or bank processing and the cost of paying you out — so what GRAJ actually keeps is less than 5%. The one exception: on a card order under about $14.29, the card costs more than the 5% collects, and the difference is shown on its own line, at cost — GRAJ keeps none of it.

Question 20

How does the 5% fee work?

Accepted Answer

GRAJ takes a flat 5% protocol fee on each completed transaction, out of the order — the buyer pays the order total and the seller's settlement shows the 5% on its own line. The Mission Fund takes 1% of that fee, but only once GRAJ has booked $50,000,000 in cumulative protocol fees; until then the whole fee supports protocol operations and nothing is set aside.

Question 21

Can the 5% fee ever change?

Accepted Answer

GRAJ has committed to a flat 5%. Once participant voting opens, changing it will take a 67% participant vote. That vote is a 67% supermajority of the eligible participants who vote — one ballot each, earned through contribution, never bought. Voting opens once 25 people have earned a vote and GRAJ has booked $1M in fees.

Question 22

How is that cheaper than Faire or Amazon?

Accepted Answer

Faire takes 15% of most orders, and more on a new retailer's first order; selling through Amazon can mean referral fees, FBA fees, storage, and ad spend that stack well past 30% all-in. GRAJ is a flat 5% — no ad tax, no fee for reorders, no penalty for succeeding. The one exception is card processing on an order under about $14.29, shown on its own line at cost.

Question 23

Is the 5% taken on a bottle deposit like Danish pant?

Accepted Answer

No. A statutory container deposit — Danish pant, German Pfand, Swedish pant, a US bottle-bill deposit, a Canadian provincial deposit or the UK deposit return scheme — is set by law per container and refunded when the empty comes back. It is not a sale of goods, so it is printed on its own line on the order, invoice and pay page and no GRAJ fee is taken on it. A brand records each drink's container and its registration number (Dansk Retursystem, DPG, Returpack…) on Container deposits; an order into Denmark, Germany or Sweden for a covered drink with no registration is refused with the reason. The deposit is passed through: it is not GRAJ's money and not the seller's sale. Today GRAJ's card payment carries the goods and tax only, and the seller collects the deposit directly. The UK deposit return scheme (20p) is not charged before it starts on 1 October 2027.

Question 24

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No. You may still pay third parties you choose to use (a carrier, a co-packer), but GRAJ does not add listing fees, ranking fees, or subscription tiers of its own.

Question 25

What are the 11 participant roles?

Accepted Answer

GRAJ organizes commerce around 11 roles: brand, seller, buyer, distributor, merchandiser, marketer, manufacturer, shipper, storer, supplier, and funder. Each role has its own dashboard and tools, and you can hold more than one — many participants are both a brand and a seller, or a buyer and a distributor.

Question 26

I claimed my profile (or signed up) under the wrong role. Can I change it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. When you claim a profile GRAJ built for you, the claim page shows the role GRAJ filed you under and asks whether it is right — choose what you actually do before you press claim. Afterwards, open Settings → Personal info and choose your role under PRIMARY ROLE: your menu, dashboard, agent and profile questions change to the new role at once. Nothing is deleted — the answers you gave for your old role are kept and come back if you switch back. A change is refused, with the list and where to finish each item, while something only your current role can finish is still open: an order you sold and have not delivered, a selling agreement in force, commission owed either way. Only the account's owner can change it, you are told in words, and every change is listed under the control with who made it and when.

Question 27

Which roles are live right now?

Accepted Answer

All eleven have a working dashboard today, and no screen in them is marked coming soon. Brands, suppliers and manufacturers list what they make and sell it; sellers sell for brands; buyers order. A distributor claims and runs delivery routes and sees every store it delivers to; a merchandiser checks in at stores; a marketer runs campaigns and placements and sees each client; a shipper carries freight; a storer holds goods, bills for them and sends them out; a funder agrees and tracks funding. Each role's Analytics counts that role's own work — runs, visits, placements, production, freight, lots, funding — from the same records its work screens show.

Question 28

My work is not one of the 11 roles. Where do I fit?

Accepted Answer

Every kind of work sits under one of the 11 as a sub-role: a food broker is a seller, a cold-chain carrier is a shipper, a bookkeeper supplies a service, a savings group is a funder. Search the catalog on Roles explained (anybody can, no account needed), then pick the ones that fit under Sub-roles on your profile — up to twelve, from any role. They show on your public profile and the directory finds you by them. Not listed? Type it and add it: it is yours straight away and is offered to everybody once it is reviewed. Every change to your sub-roles is recorded and listed with its date.

Question 29

Does the protocol cover every industry and every role?

Accepted Answer

That is checked, not claimed. The role coverage report walks every industry, every one of the 11 roles and every need — be found, find who you need, agree terms, order, get paid, move goods, comply, resolve a dispute, message, build a reputation, credit, find work — and lists every combination with no path: a role with no screen for a need, an industry where a role cannot say what it is, or a need only one industry has. It reads the screens each role has, the sub-role catalog and the taxonomy; it calls no AI and costs nothing to run. The gaps it lists are the work still to do.

Question 30

What are the 12 AI agents?

Accepted Answer

Every role has a named AI agent, plus Raj for admin — 12 in total: Raj (admin), Marcus (brand), Camila (seller), Li (buyer), Taylor (distributor), Kwame (merchandiser), Mina (marketer), Luka (manufacturer), Harper (shipper), Bao (storer), Priya (supplier), and Jake (funder). They help you run your operation and can hand off to one another when a task crosses roles.

Question 31

Can I keep a bill of materials and work out what a product costs to make?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On BOM & COSTING list what one unit takes — materials from your materials list, or your own products as sub-assemblies with their own bills, many levels deep — with a scrap allowance. Explode it for any run to see every material. The costing sheet prices the materials from the bill, then adds labor, overhead, freight and duty, shows what your wholesale price leaves after GRAJ's 5% and the lowest price for a target margin, and a break-even card says how many you must sell a month. A product you buy in and resell is costed at its own unit cost. Every change is recorded, from → to, with who made it.

Question 32

Can GRAJ tell me which materials to order, and by when?

Accepted Answer

Yes. MATERIAL PLAN takes your open order lines that have not shipped and your planned batches (plus any forecast you type, which is never saved), explodes them through your bills of materials, and sets each material against your stock and your open purchase orders. A shortfall says how much to buy — enough to stand back at your reorder level — and the day to order it by from the material's lead time, and says LATE when that day has gone. Nothing is ordered for you.

Question 33

How do I send a factory exactly what to make?

Accepted Answer

Write a TECH PACK: description, measurements with tolerances, construction steps, colorways, packaging, labeling, quality checks and drawings from Storage. Issue it and it becomes version 1, 2, 3…, frozen with the bill of materials as it stood and a sentence of what changed. Send a version to a maker you work with on GRAJ; they are told, open it, and confirm the version they are making — both of you read the same record.

Question 34

How do I list my products?

Accepted Answer

Open Catalog and press Add a product — name, photos, your wholesale price in your own currency, case pack and minimum order. To list many at once, upload a spreadsheet (CSV) on the catalog's Import, or bring your catalog and more from the platform you use now under Import. Listing costs nothing: Participants keep 95% of every transaction. GRAJ takes 5%, only when something sells. Add a product · Import

Question 35

Can I run a job from estimate to invoice — options, signature, change orders, photos?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On JOBS write an estimate with up to four options (good, better, best) or a proposal with packages, contract terms and payment stages, built from your price book of flat-rate tasks. The customer chooses one and signs with their typed name; what they agreed to is fingerprinted. Schedule it and assign a technician, who can tell the customer they are on the way. A repair order carries an inspection with photos that the customer approves or declines line by line. Anything that changes the price or the time after approval is a change order the customer approves before the work. Finish with photos and the customer's sign-off, then issue the final invoice (and one per payment stage) through Invoice anyone — paid like any transaction. Every step is recorded FROM → TO, and both sides read the same history. Anybody can ask a business for an estimate by its @handle.

Question 36

Can customers book appointments or a seat in a class with me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On APPOINTMENTS & CLASSES add a calendar for each thing that is booked — a person, chair, room, bay, court or table — with opening hours in its own time zone. Add services with a duration, time held before and after, and add-ons that add time and price; or a class with seats on a weekly timetable and its instructor. Customers open your booking link, choose a service, a person by name or anyone available, and a free time. Nothing is ever double-booked, even when two people press at once. Moves and cancellations are recorded and the other side is told. The price is yours and is paid to you directly; GRAJ takes nothing from a booking. A deposit to hold a slot is not built yet.

Question 37

Can I run a restaurant menu on GRAJ — choices, combos, breakfast and lunch, sold out?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On MENU each item is one of your products, at its own shop price. Add modifier groups — "Toppings, choose up to 3", "Bread, choose 1" — with a price change for each option, put combos together (Main, Side, Drink at one price), set breakfast, lunch and dinner in your own time zone, and mark an item Sold out with a reason until close (it comes back on its own) or until you put it back. Guests read the same menu on your link page. Every change is on the record. The menu takes no money itself: a sale goes through your till or your shop, and a full restaurant point of sale (tables, kitchen tickets) is not built.

Question 38

Can GRAJ help me write a business plan for a bank loan or a grant?

Accepted Answer

Yes. BUSINESS PLAN has the sections a lender asks for — summary, market and customers, what you sell, how you run it, who runs it, financial notes and what you need — each with what the lender looks for. The financials are not typed: sales by month, what you are owed and your catalog come from your GRAJ orders and products every time you open it, and the projection grows the average of your last three whole months by the one rate you set. Print it or save it as a PDF and give it to whoever you choose; GRAJ sends it to nobody, lends nothing and vouches for nothing in it. GRAJ offers no shares in any business.

Question 39

Can I have one link in my Instagram bio that sells?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your LINK PAGE lives at getreadyandjump.com/your-handle/links: your links in the order you choose, one marked as your booking link (your own calendar), up to 12 of your active products, a Shop button and your menu. Products open their own page and your shop's checkout, so a sale is an ordinary sale. You see how often each link was pressed in the last 30 days; visitors never see the counts, and nothing about them is kept. Unpublished, the address answers "not found". Every change is on the record.

Question 40

How do buyers and tenders find what I make — NAICS, UNSPSC, CPV codes?

Accepted Answer

Put them once on CAPABILITY PROFILE: NAICS for the US and Canada, UNSPSC for big buyers' supplier portals, CPV for EU and UK public tenders, with the places you serve and your size. GRAJ checks each code's shape and names its top level. Anybody signed in can then Find by capability: participants are ranked by a score out of 100 — codes up to 70, places up to 20, size 10 — with the reason for every point. It ranks; it never refuses anybody. GRAJ does not search outside tender sites for you.

Question 41

Does GRAJ have the fields my trade needs — vehicle fitment, gemstones, serial numbers, livestock, rooms?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in ITEM SETUP. Tick the product type and its pack opens: auto parts (fitment by years, make, model and engine, OE numbers, position, core return, CARB number), jewelry (metal, fineness, metal weight, every stone with lab-grown or treated said, hallmark, grading report), serialized electronics (serial or IMEI per unit, warranty and who gives it, WEEE category), livestock (species, breed, sex, age, head, ear tags, health certificate, holding number) and lodging (room type, sleeps, beds, amenities, check-in, license). Each prints under the headings those trades' forms use. Apparel prepacks are bundles, as before. GRAJ holds no licensed vehicle database, so fitment is typed, not looked up.

Question 42

I have more than one site — where do I see them together?

Accepted Answer

Open LOCATIONS. Your sites at a glance has a row per site: wholesale orders shipped from it in the last 30 days, the stock placed there, and its open tasks — add a task or a note about the site in that row. Put a site on the map yourself: stand there and press Use where I am, paste a link from any map app, or type the coordinates. GRAJ never looks a point up from the address, and every change is on the site's history. Till sales do not record a site yet.

Question 43

Can I see what my products sold in each of a retailer's stores?

Accepted Answer

Yes, from the retailer's own report. On SELL THROUGH, under In the retailer's own stores, read in the EDI 852 the retailer sends you, or the store export from its portal (a CSV with store, UPC or SKU, week, units sold and on hand). Each item is matched to your product by barcode or SKU, and you read units sold, on hand and weeks of supply by product and by store. Press Keep this report and it is kept with your name; withdraw it and the history keeps that it was read in and why it went. GRAJ asks no retailer system for anything — the file is the one you already get.

Question 44

A retailer short-paid my invoice with deduction codes — can I track them here?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On DEDUCTIONS, under Deductions taken on retailer portals, read in the remittance or the portal's deduction export. Each line lands with its kind guessed from the code and the words (shortage, damage, pricing, promotion, compliance fine, returns, freight — change it if it is wrong) and a dispute-by date from the window your agreement gives you. Work each one — disputing, recovered, partly recovered, accepted or lost — and every change is on the record with who made it. GRAJ files nothing with the retailer: you dispute where you always have.

Question 45

Can I put a follow-up on a lead?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At the end of LEADS, Tasks and notes on your leads lists every open lead: add a task with a due date and the person on your account it is for (they are told, and it shows on MY TASKS), or a note. Only your account reads them, and every change is kept.

Question 46

Are my orders going abroad checked against the sanctions lists?

Accepted Answer

Yes, when they are screened. On CROSS-BORDER, Your orders going abroad, and their screening lists every order of the last 180 days that ships to another country with its newest export screen: the destination, each line's export classification, and the buyer and ship-to names against the OFAC SDN and UN lists. A name match may be somebody else with the same name, so the order is held for a person to check. An order nobody screened says so, with the button to screen it.

Question 47

Something arrived damaged, short or wrong — or failed later. How do I claim?

Accepted Answer

On RECEIVING, under Claims, press File a claim: choose the order and the line, what went wrong (short, damaged, the wrong item, warranty or a repair), how many, what happened, and what you are asking for — a credit, a replacement, a repair, a refund or taking it back. Damage and wrong-item claims need at least one photo from your Storage. The brand whose goods they were is told and answers on RETURNS: it accepts with the remedy it agrees (and, for a credit or refund, how much) or declines with its reason. You are told in words, you can reopen a declined claim with more to say, and both of you read the same history — who, when, what changed. A claim records what was agreed; the money moves only as a return, a deduction, a credit note or a refund. A double press files one claim.

Question 48

Can I keep more than one contact at an account — the buyer and accounts payable?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At the bottom of CUSTOMERS, choose the account under People at an account, and its history and add its people by role: the buyer, accounts payable, the store manager, receiving, the owner. One person is the main contact for each role — making somebody new the main one steps the last one down in the same move. A contact is removed, never deleted, and every add, change and removal is on the account's history with who and when. The list is your account's own: the customer is not shown it and GRAJ sends these people nothing.

Question 49

Can I see everything that happened with one account in one place?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On CUSTOMERS, choose the account under People at an account, and its history: every invoice, payment, credit and refund (the statement of account's own lines, so the figures agree), claims and returns on its orders, the tasks and notes your team wrote, and changes to its contacts — newest first. A part that could not be read just now is named rather than left out silently.

Question 50

Can I put my orders on our own cost centers or GL codes, with a budget?

Accepted Answer

Yes. On TEAM SPENDING, under What each order is for, add your own codes — cost center, GL account or project — as your books write them, with a budget per month, quarter or year if you want one, in its own currency. Then choose a code for each order. Spend against the budget is read from the orders every time (goods net of discount, live orders only, inside the period); an order in another currency is named and not converted into the budget. Going over tells your account once per order, and nothing is refused — the budget is your plan, and the seller never sees your codes. Every code and every move of an order is on the record with who and when.

Question 51

Can a seller and I agree a volume commitment — so many units by a date?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At the bottom of PRICING, under Volume commitments, the seller proposes one to your @handle: the product (or any of theirs), how many units, the window, and in their own words what they give for meeting it. You accept or decline; either side can end an agreed one early with a reason. Progress is read from the orders you actually place with them inside the window, and says whether you are on pace, met it, or missed it. Nothing is charged for missing it, and what the seller promised is honored through an agreed price, a rebate or a credit note.

Question 52

Can I keep track of what I owe my suppliers?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At the bottom of CREDIT BOOK, Who you owe is the other half of the notebook: a line when a supplier lets you take stock on credit, a line when you pay them, a strike-out for a mistake. It works out what you owe each supplier, in each currency, and since when (payments pay off the oldest credit first). Every line keeps who wrote it, and a line is never edited or deleted. It is your own record: the money moves between you and your supplier, and GRAJ collects nothing and charges nothing.

Question 53

Can I keep a list of approved suppliers, and see when somebody bought elsewhere?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At the bottom of TEAM SPENDING, under Your approved suppliers, approve a supplier by their @handle and tick the items you mandate from them. Below it, Bought from a supplier not on the list shows the orders of the last 90 days that went to nobody on it. The list informs — no order is refused because of it. Each supplier is told when you approve them, change what you mandate, or take them off, and every change is on the history with who made it.

Question 54

We run a franchise — can every location see our approved suppliers, and can a brand give the whole franchise one price?

Accepted Answer

Yes, both. As the owner, your approved supplier list on TEAM SPENDING is the franchise's program: every location reads the suppliers and the items you mandate at the bottom of its FRANCHISE tab, and is told when it changes. A brand sets one price for one product to the whole franchise at the bottom of its PRICING, with your e-mail and a window; each active location holds it as its own agreed price, so every order inside the window is written at it. A location with a price agreed with that brand directly keeps that one; a location that joins later gets the price, and one that leaves loses it. Everyone is told.

Question 55

Can GRAJ decode a vehicle's VIN?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At the bottom of CUSTOMERS, under Vehicles and equipment at your customers, add a vehicle, type its 17-character VIN and press DECODE. The maker, the country, the model year and whether the check digit matches are read from the number itself; the model, trim, body, engine and fuel come from NHTSA's free public decoder. A VIN never holds I, O or Q, and a mistyped character is said, not guessed.

Question 56

Can I keep the vehicles and equipment I service at each customer, and remind them when a service is due?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At the bottom of CUSTOMERS, choose a customer under Vehicles and equipment at your customers and add each unit — a van, a boiler, a cold room — with its VIN or serial, where it is, its warranty and how often it is serviced. SERVICED records a service and sets the next date from the interval; each unit lists your own jobs on that VIN or serial as its service history. What is due in the next 30 days or overdue comes first; REMIND tells a customer on GRAJ, once per due date. GRAJ e-mails nobody — for a customer not on GRAJ you are given the words to send. The customer reads the same record at the bottom of JOBS.

Question 57

Is there a checklist for bringing a new person on — and for when someone leaves?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At the bottom of MEMBERS, under Bringing people on, and handing over when they leave, choose a member and start an onboarding checklist (invitation accepted, access, procedures signed, training passed, first tasks) or an offboarding one (accounts and tasks handed over, conversations, things returned, access ended). Beside each item is what the account already shows — whether the invitation was accepted, how many tasks are still assigned, whether access has ended — and whoever ticks it is named. The person it is about is told and can read it. Access itself is still given and ended on Members.

Question 58

Can I name who takes over my business if I cannot run it?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At the bottom of MEMBERS, under Successor to the whole business, the owner names one person by the e-mail on their GRAJ account and leaves instructions in their own words. That person accepts or declines; both read the same history. Nothing ever moves by itself: while you can act, a hand-over is the ownership transfer on the same screen, offered and accepted.

Question 59

A job came back after we finished — how do callbacks and the labor warranty work?

Accepted Answer

At the bottom of JOBS, under Callbacks and the labor warranty, set how many days you stand behind your labor on a finished job — once the work is complete it can be lengthened, never shortened. Either side opens a callback: a new job linked to the one it reopens, on both records. Inside the warranty, labor on the callback cannot be charged — the record refuses a priced labor line; parts can still be priced. Your callback rate, overall and per technician, is shown there too.

Question 60

A big buyer wants our catalog for SAP Ariba or Coupa — can GRAJ make the file?

Accepted Answer

Yes. At the bottom of PRICE LISTS, under A catalog file for a buyer's purchasing system, choose whose prices (your published wholesale prices, one of your price lists, or the prices agreed with one buyer) and the format — CIF 3.0 for SAP Ariba and Coupa, or BMEcat 2005 for European e-procurement and many ERPs — and download it. Every active wholesale product with a SKU goes in, with its GTIN, unit, lead time and minimum, in its own currency. You send the file; GRAJ sends nothing.

Question 61

Can I bring my products and stock in from Odoo, Cin7, Zoho Inventory or Tally?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Export your products from your own system and upload the file on the catalog import screen: Odoo, Cin7 Core, Zoho Inventory and TallyPrime exports are recognized on sight, so their columns map before anything is asked. A SKU already on GRAJ is refreshed in place, its stock with it — never duplicated — and new products land as drafts for you to check. Nothing talks to those systems; no key is held.

Question 62

Can buyers pay me on MTN MoMo, Airtel Money, EcoCash or InstaPay?

Accepted Answer

Yes, where an order can be written in that currency. Where you say where you are paid, on your INVOICES page, you can name your own MTN MoMo wallet in Ghana (cedis), Airtel Money in Kenya or Tanzania (shillings), EcoCash in Zimbabwe (US dollars) or InstaPay in Egypt (pounds), beside UPI, PIX, M-Pesa and the bank schemes — each number checked against the country it pays in. A buyer pays you directly and you record the payment with the wallet's own reference. GRAJ holds no account with any of these providers, never touches the money and takes nothing extra: participants keep 95% of every transaction, GRAJ takes 5%. Orange Money, Wave, bKash, Easypaisa, SPEI, Yape, Nequi and the rest follow once orders can be written in their currencies.

Question 63

What happens if somebody changes where a seller is paid?

Accepted Answer

Everyone about to pay is told. Changed payment details are how invoice fraud works, so when a seller replaces or removes the account a buyer pays into, every buyer with an unpaid order to them gets a notice saying which account changed, from what to what, and when — and to confirm it with the seller through a channel they already trust before paying. The order's own payment details say the same for 30 days after a change. Nothing is blocked: the seller decides where they are paid, and every change is recorded with who made it.

Question 64

How much is my business worth — and can I give a buyer the figures?

Accepted Answer

Open BUSINESS VALUE. It shows an indicative range — your last twelve months of sales through GRAJ times a low and a high multiple you can change, with every adjustment named (one big customer, repeat customers, growth, refunds) — and, if you type what the business earns you, a range on that too (never saved). Below it is the diligence a buyer or investor asks for, from the protocol's own records: two years of sales by month, refunds, repeat customers, customer concentration, disputes, your certificates and agreements. Print it or save it as a PDF; customer names stay off unless you tick the box. It is not an appraisal, and GRAJ sends it to nobody.
