What cookies are, and what we use them for

A cookie is a small file a website stores on your device. Cookies can keep you signed in, remember a preference, or — on many sites — follow you around the internet.

GRAJ uses cookies only to run the Protocol. We do not use cookies for advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking, and we do not sell or share what they contain.

Alongside cookies, the Protocol uses your browser's local storage for some preferences. Local storage is not a cookie: it stays on your device, is never transmitted to us automatically with a request, and is cleared when you clear your browsing data.

Exactly what we set

Strictly necessary cookies — the Protocol cannot work without these:

• Supabase authentication cookies — keep you signed in and hold your session securely. Set by our authentication provider. Cleared when you sign out. Without them you would be signed out on every page.
• graj_active_entity — remembers which of your entities you are currently operating as, so a person who runs both a brand and a rep account stays in the right one as they move around. Contains an entity identifier and nothing else.

Preferences stored in local storage — not cookies, and never sent to our servers:

• Navigation width and whether the sidebar is collapsed.
• Which dashboard sections you have expanded.
• Where you were in onboarding, so refreshing does not restart it.
• Counters for free previews — for example whether a signed-out visitor has already used their one free look at a feature.
• A short-lived cache of geocoded map locations, so the same place is not looked up repeatedly.

What we do NOT set: no advertising cookies, no third-party analytics cookies, no tracking pixels, no session-recording or heatmap scripts, no cross-site profiling of any kind.

Third parties

A few services we rely on may set their own cookies when you use the relevant part of the Protocol. We do not control these and they are governed by that provider's own policy:

• Stripe — payments, payouts, and identity verification. Stripe sets cookies for fraud prevention and to run its checkout and verification flows. See Stripe's privacy policy.
• Supabase — authentication and data, as described above.
• Vercel — hosting and delivery; may set cookies necessary for serving and securing the site.
• Amazon Web Services — live video, where you watch or run a live stream.
• Spotify — where a Spotify player is embedded on a page, Spotify sets its own cookies when the embed loads. That is Spotify's, not ours.

If we add a service that sets tracking or analytics cookies, we will update this page and — where the law requires consent — ask for it before those cookies are set.

Your choices

Strictly necessary cookies cannot be turned off while you are using an account, because they are what keeps you signed in and operating as the right entity. You can still browse the public parts of GRAJ — including this page, the Terms, and the Privacy Policy — without signing in.

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time. Blocking them will sign you out and may break parts of the Protocol.

To clear local storage, clear your browsing data for this site. Doing so resets preferences such as sidebar width and onboarding progress; nothing of yours is lost from your account.

Because we do not use advertising or tracking cookies, there is nothing here to opt out of for advertising purposes — but if you ever believe otherwise, tell us at ilove@getreadyandjump.com and we will look into it.

Do Not Track and global privacy signals

We do not track you across other websites, so a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal does not change what we do — there is no cross-site tracking to disable.

We honour these signals as an opt-out of any sale or sharing of personal information. As stated in the Privacy Policy, we do not sell or share personal information in the first place.

Changes

We will update this page if what we set changes — for example if we add analytics or a third-party service that uses cookies. The "last updated" date at the top will change with it, and where the law requires consent for a new cookie, we will ask before setting it.
