PROBLEM
Matt built a brand to 1,000 stores while losing money to systematic extraction. Faire at 15% and more on a first order. Amazon at 8–20% in referral fees before ads. Distributors and brokers taking a cut at every step. The people doing the work were the last ones paid.

Timmy was the first field seller — 50 cases a day, door to door, building the relationships that made the brand possible. He had hustle and a handshake, but no platform underneath him. GRAJ is the platform every participant like him never had.

GRAJ is an LLC today. It becomes a Delaware public benefit corporation before any outside investor owns a share, so the mission is in the charter first. From there, the protocol is handed to the people who use it: community-governed by year 15. GRAJ is built for the people who do the work. Anyone who invests in it is investing in a business that makes money by keeping 95% of every transaction in the hands of the people who earned it. Our public benefit, and the report it would make today.
