Every garage publishes its terms — how fast it confirms a request, how fast it answers a return — and shows its SLA record beside each listing; your booking keeps the terms you booked under, and a request left unanswered past its window can be canceled with every credit back. There is no bay to book yet, and nothing here takes a card.
