A five-year lease on a building you need for eight months is how good participants go under. Three kinds of GRAJ Park are planned — a shared warehouse campus, urban agriculture parks and outdoor community commerce spaces — so a participant could take the space they need for as long as they need it. All three are planned and none is built or open yet.
