THE PIONEER
PROGRAMME.

Live now

A protocol with no operators in your city is not infrastructure, it is a website. Pioneers are the first operators in a place — the ones who make the second one possible — and the programme exists because being first is genuinely harder and should count for something.

What a pioneer actually does

Opens a market that has nobody in it. Finds the first brands, the first buyers and the first shippers in a city, and absorbs the friction of being early: no local network to introduce you, no precedent for how it works there.

Why being first is recognised

The tenth operator in a city joins something that works. The first joins something that does not yet. Contribution is measured from the event log, and being early in a place where nothing existed is a larger contribution than the same activity somewhere established.

It is a role, not a rank

Pioneering is work, and the recognition attaches to the work rather than to a title. It does not confer authority over other operators and it does not expire into a permanent advantage.

Any place, any role

A pioneer can be a brand, a rep, a shipper or a funder. The requirement is the place, not the role — and the protocol's claim to reach every country is only true if somebody is first in each of them.
