The brand, a distributor or a shipper moves the goods; tracking is on the order, and the buyer can claim against the GRAJ Guarantee if it arrives wrong.

The payment is split on the order's settlement: the brand's share, the seller's commission when a seller wrote it, and the 5% protocol fee — the only cut, which cannot rise without a vote of the participants.
