The Model Context Protocol is a standard way to expose tools and data to AI agents, so an operator could point their own assistant at their own commerce data instead of copying it between windows. That is a good fit for this protocol and it is not built.
Without one, every agent needs a bespoke integration with every system. A shared interface means an operator's choice of assistant stops being a choice about which of their tools it can reach.
An agent acting for an operator must be able to do exactly what that operator can do and nothing more, with every action attributed. Getting that wrong is not a bug — it is an agent with ambient authority over somebody's business.
Exposing data an operator already owns is comparatively safe. Exposing actions that move money or commit to contracts requires a confirmation model that does not exist yet, and shipping the second before the first is how autonomous systems cause real losses.
Not built. GRAJ runs its own role agents against a model provider today; there is no MCP server, no endpoint to connect to, and nothing to configure in an external client.
