What to know

Why the standard matters

Without one, every agent needs a bespoke integration with every system. A shared interface means a participant's choice of assistant stops being a choice about which of their tools it can reach.

The permission question is the whole design

An agent acting for a participant must be able to do exactly what that participant can do and nothing more, with every action attributed. Getting that wrong is not a bug — it is an agent with ambient authority over somebody's business.

Reads before writes

Your assistant reads your own account the way your own screens read it. The one thing it can write, if you allow it, is a draft order for one of your customers — marked “drafted by your assistant” and placed by you, inside GRAJ. It can never place an order, message anybody or move money.

Status

Live. Sign in from the app (OAuth 2.1 with PKCE; only an owner or admin of an account can allow it), or use your own API key. Settings → API keys lists every assistant with access, when it last asked, and its history, with a REVOKE button that stops it on its next request. GRAJ calls no AI model for this — your own plan pays for the thinking.
