A transactional email outbox enqueues messages on real events — order placed, paid, shipped, delivered, and participant welcome — keyed on the buyer email so it reaches seller-entered customers who have no account. Sends are idempotent and rendered as branded HTML, drained by a scheduled dispatcher. It is the communication layer wholesale needs, built to send the moment the mail key is added.
