Reliable Partner promised on-time shipping, fill rate and reply time, and measured only the first two (plus cancellations). It now measures reply time too: of the messages other participants send you, at least 90% answered in the same conversation within 48 hours, counting a run of messages as one question. A seller nobody wrote to has missed nothing, so the criterion is met for them. Your figures, and what is missing, are on your score page.
