When something goes wrong, the person fixing it should not have to open a hundred screens. GRAJ’s owner can open one read-only view of a participant: orders, payouts, agreements, buyer terms, support conversations and recent activity. It changes nothing. Every time it is opened, a record is written first, saying who looked and when, and you can read that record on your own account; if the record cannot be written, nothing is shown. Private messages between participants are not part of it.
